Sesame Flaxseed Bread

The perfect sesame flaxseed bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Bread flour
  • 0,5 cube Yeast
  • 0,25 liter Water
  • 60 ml Water for the pre-dough
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Bread spice mix
  • 1 tbsp Sourdough powder
  • 3 tbsp Sesame
  • 3 tbsp Linseed
  1. Put the flour in a bowl, make a well in the middle and crumble the yeast into it. Add the sourdough powder and stir with 60 ml of warm water. Now add salt, bread spices and grains and work the whole thing with the rest of the water into a smooth dough. Knead the dough briefly on the work surface and let it rise in the bowl for about 10 minutes. Now knead again briefly. Put the dough in a greased and floured loaf pan. Brush the surface with water and cut crosswise. Put in the cold oven and bake at 200 ° C for about 1 hour.
