- 1 dice Yeast
- 300 ml Lukewarm water
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 230 g Spelt flour
- 150 g Whole grain rye
- 1 tsp Bread spice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Sesame
- Brush oil
Instructions
- Mix the water with the yeast and sugar and let stand for about 30 minutes.
