Ingredients
 

  • 1 dice Yeast
  • 300 ml Lukewarm water
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 230 g Spelt flour
  • 150 g Whole grain rye
  • 1 tsp Bread spice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Sesame
  • Brush oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix the water with the yeast and sugar and let stand for about 30 minutes.
  • Then add the flour and the bread spices, mix everything well and let the dough rise for about 1 to 1.5 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 220 degrees ...
  • Then work the dough again and put it in the silicone mold, pour the sesame seeds over it and bake the bread at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes ... then let it cool on a wire rack.
