Blueberry Eggnog Muffins

The perfect blueberry eggnog muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Mix 1 dry

  • 150 g Flour
  • 100 g Cornstarch
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 25 g Chopped almonds

Mixture 2 liquid

  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 180 ml Advocaat
  • 75 ml Vegetable oil

and

  • 200 g Blueberries
  1. Mix the dry ingredients well
  2. In a 2 larger bowl, beat the remaining ingredients (except the blueberries) with the mixer, add the dry mixture and stir in. Finally, carefully fold in the blueberries.
  3. Line the muffin tin with paper liners, distribute the muffin batter. Bake at approx. 180 ° top / bottom heat for approx. 25 minutes.
