Blueberry Eggnog Muffins
The perfect blueberry eggnog muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Mix 1 dry
- 150 g Flour
- 100 g Cornstarch
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 25 g Chopped almonds
Mixture 2 liquid
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 tbsp Vanilla sugar
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 180 ml Advocaat
- 75 ml Vegetable oil
and
- 200 g Blueberries
- Mix the dry ingredients well
- In a 2 larger bowl, beat the remaining ingredients (except the blueberries) with the mixer, add the dry mixture and stir in. Finally, carefully fold in the blueberries.
- Line the muffin tin with paper liners, distribute the muffin batter. Bake at approx. 180 ° top / bottom heat for approx. 25 minutes.
