Ingredients
 

  • 5 Eggs
  • 250 g Powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla sugar own production
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 250 ml Cooking oil
  • 250 ml Advocaat
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa
  • 50 g Chocolate shavings
  • White couverture
  • Paper muffin tins
  • Muffin baking pan who has

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 170 degrees top-bottom heat. Equip the muffin baking tray with paper molds or place paper molds on a normal baking tray.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar to a creamy, foamy mixture.
  • Mix the flour with cocoa and baking powder and add to the foam mixture. Pour in the oil and eggnog and stir everything well. Fold in the chocolate flakes.
  • Distribute evenly in the muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Melt the white couverture and decorate the muffins with it.
