Halloween: Sausage Mummies and Filled Coffins
The perfect halloween: sausage mummies and filled coffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 pack Puff pastry
- 1 Glass Mini sausages
- 1 packet Bresso cream cheese
- 1 packet Fried and seasoned minced meat
Sausage mummy
- Cut narrow strips from the puff pastry approx. 10 cm. and wrap around the sausages.
Filled coffins
- Cut out coffin shapes from the puff pastry with a knife (1 coffin 2 coffin shapes), fill as desired with sausages, spinach, cream cheese or seared minced meat. Slightly press the edges of the 2 puff pastry coffins shut
- Place the bakery on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 210 degrees.
