Parsley Rice with Paprika Goulash

The perfect parsley rice with paprika goulash recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 cups Brown rice
  • 500 ml Filtered water
  • 1 tbsp Homemade vegetable stock powder
  • 1 handful Finely chopped parsley
  • ****************************************
  • 2 tsp Mild coconut fat *
  • 1 medium sized Diced onion
  • 2 Red Roughly diced paprika
  • 2 tbsp Twice the concentration of tomato paste
  • Vegetable stock to fill up
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Put the rice in a saucepan, add the vegetable powder and the water and bring to the boil. When it is boiling, turn the heat down and slowly simmer the rice until it is cooked.
  2. Pass through a sieve, place in a bowl and pour the parsley on top.

Paprika gulash

  1. Put the coconut oil in a saucepan and leave the diced onions in it. Now add the pepper cubes and let them stew for a few minutes. Then there is the tomato market, also let it stew a little and now fill up with vegetable stock, depending on the desired consistency of the sauce.
