Parsley Rice with Paprika Goulash
The perfect parsley rice with paprika goulash recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 cups Brown rice
- 500 ml Filtered water
- 1 tbsp Homemade vegetable stock powder
- 1 handful Finely chopped parsley
- ****************************************
- 2 tsp Mild coconut fat *
- 1 medium sized Diced onion
- 2 Red Roughly diced paprika
- 2 tbsp Twice the concentration of tomato paste
- Vegetable stock to fill up
- Salt and pepper
- Put the rice in a saucepan, add the vegetable powder and the water and bring to the boil. When it is boiling, turn the heat down and slowly simmer the rice until it is cooked.
- Pass through a sieve, place in a bowl and pour the parsley on top.
Paprika gulash
- Put the coconut oil in a saucepan and leave the diced onions in it. Now add the pepper cubes and let them stew for a few minutes. Then there is the tomato market, also let it stew a little and now fill up with vegetable stock, depending on the desired consistency of the sauce. Finally, just add a little salt and pepper to taste …
- 4 …. the whole thing simmer very quietly for a few minutes – do not boil – let it simmer.
- Serve with the parsley rice.
Recommended steps
- While the rice is cooking, I make the paprika goulash … and while it is simmering, I pour the rice off and cut the parsley.
