Oat Cookies with Cinnamon, Sunflower Seeds and Nuts

- 170 g Oatmeal
- 75 g Spelled flour
- 2 piece Free range eggs
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 30 g Sugar brown raw sugar, alternatively also sugar substitute
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Cinnamon powder
- 60 g Raisins, prunes, sugared ginger
- 80 g Sunflower seeds
- 35 g Chopped walnuts
- 100 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Measure out all the ingredients and mix in a bowl to form a rather dry oatmeal dough, and let this mixture steep for 30 minutes.
