Very Quick Cheese Semolina Cake

The perfect very quick cheese semolina cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 7 Pc. Eggs
  • 350 g Sugar
  • 250 g Butter
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 750 g Layer cheese
  • 75 ml Milk
  • 150 g Durum wheat semolina
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 20 g Butter
  • 1 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  1. Butter the springform pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Separate eggs. Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Mix together the soft butter and sugar, stir in the layered cheese, semolina, egg yolk and vanilla sugar. Stir in the egg whites. Pour the mixture into a 26 cm diameter springform pan.
  2. Bake the cheesecake on shelf level 2 in the “Top / bottom heat” program at 180 ° C for 75 minutes. This is my chef’s favorite cake, made from his mother’s recipe.
