Jalapenos – Rocket – Cheese Cream
The perfect jalapenos – rocket – cheese cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Soft cheese double cream setting
- 2 Jalapeño
- 2,5 tablespoon Chopped rocket
- 10 Basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon Jalapenos oil from my KB or a chilli oil
- 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Garlic cloves chopped
- 2 teaspoon Calamansi balsamic vinegar. Alternatively, some lime juice
- 2 tablespoon Chopped pistachios
- Green pepper from the mill
- 1 Cocktail vine tomato
- 1 Diced shallot
- Core the jalapenos, remove the membranes and rinse. You will then lose a lot of sharpness. Cut the jalapenos very small.
- Mash the cheese with a fork. Chop the basil leaves. Cut the tomato into small pieces. Add the remaining ingredients to the cheese. Mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
