- There is nothing delicious for my loved one and me, like harvesting fresh lettuce in the morning and enjoying it at lunchtime. We usually do with home-baked rolls. This time we had these delicious rolls that you had already copied: Weltmeisterbrötchen ala Dieter
- Clean, wash and dry the lamb’s lettuce and wild rocket (wild rocket tastes similar to rocket, but more intense).
- Mix the dressing ingredients together.
- Add the salads and tomatoes and mix everything lightly. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- When serving, add the rolls and the Parmesan. So everyone can take how much they like.
