Fresh Salad Mix from Garden

The perfect fresh salad mix from garden recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Handful Wild rocket freshly picked from the garden
  • 2 Handful Lamb’S lettuce freshly picked from the garden
  • 4 piece Freshly cut tomatoes into small quarters
  • 1 piece Fresh shallot finely diced
  • 1 piece Spring onions fresh, cut
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped garlic chives from our own cultivation
  • 1 tbsp Seasonal herbs finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Cold pressed sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp White balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Forest honey liquid
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Sea salt fine
  • 1 something Freshly grated Parmesan
  1. There is nothing delicious for my loved one and me, like harvesting fresh lettuce in the morning and enjoying it at lunchtime. We usually do with home-baked rolls. This time we had these delicious rolls that you had already copied: Weltmeisterbrötchen ala Dieter
  2. Clean, wash and dry the lamb’s lettuce and wild rocket (wild rocket tastes similar to rocket, but more intense).
  3. Mix the dressing ingredients together.
  4. Add the salads and tomatoes and mix everything lightly. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. When serving, add the rolls and the Parmesan. So everyone can take how much they like.
