Cookies: Mini Cookies
The perfect cookies: mini cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Flour type 550
- 0,5 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100 g Butter
- 50 g Sugar
- 65 g Sugar brown raw sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla sugar
- 1 piece Egg
- 50 g Yogurt 3.5%
- 100 g Baking chocolate chips for cookies or muffins
- Mix flour with baking powder and salt.
- Mix the three types of sugar with the butter until foamy and gradually add the flour mixture.
- Now stir in the egg and yoghurt and finally work in the chocolate chips.
- Use a teaspoon to place small heaps on a baking sheet lined with foil or paper, keeping your distance.
- Bake the cookies in the preheated oven at approx. 200 degrees for 7 – 9 minutes.
- From this amount of dough, I baked 77 cookies.
