Cookies: Mini Cookies

The perfect cookies: mini cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Flour type 550
  • 0,5 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 100 g Butter
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 65 g Sugar brown raw sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla sugar
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 50 g Yogurt 3.5%
  • 100 g Baking chocolate chips for cookies or muffins
  1. Mix flour with baking powder and salt.
  2. Mix the three types of sugar with the butter until foamy and gradually add the flour mixture.
  3. Now stir in the egg and yoghurt and finally work in the chocolate chips.
  4. Use a teaspoon to place small heaps on a baking sheet lined with foil or paper, keeping your distance.
  5. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven at approx. 200 degrees for 7 – 9 minutes.
  6. From this amount of dough, I baked 77 cookies.
