Budwig – Quark with Avocado and Dill

The perfect budwig – quark with avocado and dill recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Skimmed quark drained
  • 10 tbsp Linseed oil
  • 10 tbsp Milk organic
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable salt
  • 2 tbsp Turmeric
  • 1 piece Avocado
  • 1 ostrich Chopped dill
  1. Put the quark in a bowl, mix well with the linseed oil and milk so that the oil is completely absorbed.
  2. Season with salt and pepper (I use my seasoning salt) and the turmeric and stir well.
  3. Then add the avocado, which is stirred in with a hand blender and finally the chopped dill is folded in, everything should be able to infuse a bit.

  1. It was served as an accompaniment to wild salmon with rice
