Cucumber Quark According to Budwig
The perfect cucumber quark according to budwig recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 green Cucumber
- 1 small Onion
- 1 small Vegetable salt
- 125 g Organic low-fat quark
- 125 g Grained cream cheese
- 4 tbsp Linseed oil
- 3 tbsp Organic milk
- Wash the cucumber, dry it and slice it thinly in a bowl. Slice the onion as well and sprinkle with the vegetable salt, stir well, then let it steep a little.
- Now add the quark, cream cheese, milk and oil, stir everything well together and let it steep for a few more minutes – DONE 😉
