Cucumber Quark According to Budwig

The perfect cucumber quark according to budwig recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 green Cucumber
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 small Vegetable salt
  • 125 g Organic low-fat quark
  • 125 g Grained cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp Linseed oil
  • 3 tbsp Organic milk
  1. Wash the cucumber, dry it and slice it thinly in a bowl. Slice the onion as well and sprinkle with the vegetable salt, stir well, then let it steep a little.
  2. Now add the quark, cream cheese, milk and oil, stir everything well together and let it steep for a few more minutes – DONE 😉
