Budwig – Quark with Avocado and Dill
The perfect budwig – quark with avocado and dill recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Skimmed quark drained
- 10 tbsp Linseed oil
- 10 tbsp Milk organic
- 2 tbsp Vegetable salt
- 2 tbsp Turmeric
- 1 piece Avocado
- 1 ostrich Chopped dill
- Put the quark in a bowl, mix well with the linseed oil and milk so that the oil is completely absorbed.
- Season with salt and pepper (I use my seasoning salt) and the turmeric and stir well.
- Then add the avocado, which is stirred in with a hand blender and finally the chopped dill is folded in, everything should be able to infuse a bit.
