Mac & Cheese to My Taste!

The perfect mac & cheese to my taste! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Sauce:

  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 40 g Lätta with yogurt or butter
  • 40 g Spelled flour
  • 450 ml Milk
  • 200 g Grated Gouda
  • 200 g Reduced fat mascarpone
  • 2 tsp Seasoning salt from my KB
  • 1 tsp Garlic pepper from my KB
  • 2 tbsp Mustard
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 50 g Pankopanier flour or normal
  • 50 g Freshly grated Parmesan
  1. Cook the squirrel noodles in salted water for about 6 minutes until al dente! Put it off and set aside!

Sauce:

  1. Heat butter in a saucepan and stir in flour with a whisk, while stirring add milk so that there are no lumps! Then add bay leaves and spices and mustard!

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees!

  1. Then fold in the cheese and mascarpone! Gets very thick! Heard like that!
  2. Put the pasta in a baking dish and add the sauce. Mix everything well!
  3. Mix the breading flour with the Parmesan and spread on the casserole! Bake the casserole in the oven for about 35 minutes! If the cheese crust gets too dark, cover with aluminum foil!
