Vermouth and Mushroom Sauce
The perfect vermouth and mushroom sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Mushrooms brown
- 1 Pc. Onion
- 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
- 0,5 dl Martini bianco
- 250 ml Cream
- 1 Pc. Soup cubes
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Pepper
- Salt
- Steam the chopped onion in butter until translucent. Add the diced garlic.
- Briefly steam the quartered mushrooms.
- Deglaze with vermouth, stir in the soup cube.
- Let it simmer briefly and then stir in the cream.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and stir in another flake of butter.
