Fruity Summer Salad

The perfect fruity summer salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Balsamic cream
  • 1 Peach fresh
  • 1 smaller Leaf lettuce
  • 1 Buffalo mozarella
  • 1 tbsp Honey liquid
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Sea-Salt
  • 1 shot Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 shot Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Sesame fresh
  • 1 tsp Grated lemon peel
  1. Clean the salad, core the peach and cut everything into bite-sized pieces. Tear up the mozzarella.
  2. For the dressing, roast the sesame seeds in a hot pan with a little sea salt until the seeds jump around in the pan.
  3. Mix the remaining ingredients in the salad bowl with the whisk until it has a nice, creamy consistency. Don’t forget to taste.
  4. Marinate the peach and mozzarella with the hot sesame seeds. Fold in the salad just before serving!
  5. Decorate with tender slices of ham and baslamico cream and leave to taste.
