Mixed Salad with Plums, Buffalo Mozzarella and Almond Dressing
The perfect mixed salad with plums, buffalo mozzarella and almond dressing recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
salad
- 50 g Buffalo mozzarella
- 3 Handful Salad mix
- 3 Vine tomatoes small
- 2 size Plums
- 1 Mini red peppers
- Onion rings
- Pepper
dressing
- 2 tablespoon Almond butter white
- 3 tablespoon Water
- 0,5 tablespoon Calamansi balm vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Green peppercorns
- Orange pepper salt from my KB
- 25 Rosemary needles
- 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika powder
- Put the salad mixture on a plate. Core the plums and hollow out with a ball cutter. Cut the tomatoes into slices and the peppers into rings. Cut the mozzarella into slices.
- Spread the plums around the plate. Put the tomato slices in the center. Place the pepper rings and onion rings once on the bottom and once on the top of the plate. Spread the mozzarella slices on the left and right.
- Pour the pepper and the dressing over the salad.

- Puree all the ingredients for the dressing.
