Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Butter
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 250 g Flour
  • 3 piece Eggs
  • 1 Vials Rum Flavoring
  • 50 g Couverture whole milk
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Mix the sugar, butter and vanilla sugar with the mixer and gradually add the eggs. Mix the flour with the baking powder and salt and stir in with the milk to form the dough.
  • Halve the dough and mix the warmed up chocolate with the dough in one of the bowls. On the other half of the dough comes the cinnamon and the rum flavor.
  • 12 Fill mini cake molds with about 100ml of batter. It is best to pull 50/50 and a stick through to create the marble effect.
