Chilli Potatoes
The perfect chilli potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Small potatoes – triplets
- 1 Cup Olive oil
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp Mild paprika powder
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Chilli flakes, dried
- 1 tsp Pepper
- Wash the potatoes well and cook them in salted water for about 15 minutes.
- Make a marinade from oil and spices.
- Drain the pre-cooked potatoes, let them evaporate a little, but add them to the marinade while still warm and stir carefully several times.
- Let it go for a while.
- To grill the potatoes, depending on their size, roast them on the grill for about 10 minutes, turning them several times so that the skin is nicely browned.
