Chilli Potatoes

The perfect chilli potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Small potatoes – triplets
  • 1 Cup Olive oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp Mild paprika powder
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Chilli flakes, dried
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  1. Wash the potatoes well and cook them in salted water for about 15 minutes.
  2. Make a marinade from oil and spices.
  3. Drain the pre-cooked potatoes, let them evaporate a little, but add them to the marinade while still warm and stir carefully several times.
  4. Let it go for a while.
  5. To grill the potatoes, depending on their size, roast them on the grill for about 10 minutes, turning them several times so that the skin is nicely browned.
