Peach Ice Cream on Stick

The perfect peach ice cream on stick recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Peaches fresh
  • 2 cups Peach cream yogurt
  • 1 cups Whipped cream
  • 4 tbsp Powdered sugar
  1. Made a vegan variant for our dear trout with vegan cream and vegan cream yoghurt made from coconut milk. So we can both lick an ice cream to our liking on our birthday today. With lots of pictures.
  2. Stone and peel the peaches, then cut them into pieces.
  3. Puree the peach pieces with the powdered sugar to make a fine purée.
  4. Stir in the cream yoghurt and finally add the cream and stir in as well.
  5. Pour the creamy peach mixture into the stem shapes provided and leave to freeze for 4-5 hours.
  6. Before licking, dip the molds briefly in hot water. Then pull out the popsicle.
