Strawberry / Coconut Ice Cream on Stick
The perfect strawberry / coconut ice cream on stick recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Strawberries
- 1 piece Lime
- 5 tbsp Honey
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 10 piece Popsicle sticks
- 10 piece Small glasses
- Wash the strawberries and cut them into pieces. Rub the peel of the lime, squeeze out the juice.
- Mix the coconut milk with the lime peel and 3 tablespoons of honey. Puree the strawberries with the lime juice and 2 tablespoons of honey. Now alternately fill both into small glasses. Insert popsicle sticks and secure with a clothes peg. Put the ice in the freezer for at least 5 hours. Then pour hot water over the outside of the glass so that you can release the ice cream with the stick.
