Strawberry / Coconut Ice Cream on Stick

The perfect strawberry / coconut ice cream on stick recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 1 piece Lime
  • 5 tbsp Honey
  • 200 ml Coconut milk
  • 10 piece Popsicle sticks
  • 10 piece Small glasses
  1. Wash the strawberries and cut them into pieces. Rub the peel of the lime, squeeze out the juice.
  2. Mix the coconut milk with the lime peel and 3 tablespoons of honey. Puree the strawberries with the lime juice and 2 tablespoons of honey. Now alternately fill both into small glasses. Insert popsicle sticks and secure with a clothes peg. Put the ice in the freezer for at least 5 hours. Then pour hot water over the outside of the glass so that you can release the ice cream with the stick.
