Ingredients

  • 3 half Peach Preserve
  • 150 ml Peach juice canned
  • 300 ml Buttermilk
  • 200 g Cream / sour cream 20% fat

Instructions

  • I still had a rest of peaches from the can and also the juice to go with it, since it is so hot today, it makes sense to make an ice cream out of it.
  • Puree the peaches with the juice. Beat the buttermilk and sour cream until smooth and stir in the peach puree. You don't need sugar because the canned fruits are already sugared. Put the whole thing in the ice cream machine for about 30-40 minutes and then just enjoy.
  • TIP 3: This ice cream can also be made with fresh peaches and nectarines, then possibly sweetened.
