Quick Quark Cheesecake with Vanilla Flavor

The perfect quick quark cheesecake with vanilla flavor recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Lowfat quark
  • 200 gr Sugar
  • 6 Pc. Eggs
  • 1 Fl. Lemon flavor
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet Dr. Oetker pudding powder with a creamy flavor for cooking
  • 150 g Soft wheat semolina
  1. Separate the eggs, stir the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy
  2. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt to form firm egg whites
  3. Add the quark to the egg sugar mixture, then mix in the lemon aroma, semolina, vanilla pudding powder and baking powder and stir everything well
  4. Finally, carefully stir in the egg whites
  5. Grease the springform pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs
  6. Fill in the quark mixture, smooth it out and bake at 160-170 degrees for 60 minutes
