Quick Quark Cheesecake with Vanilla Flavor

- 1 kg Lowfat quark
- 200 gr Sugar
- 6 Pc. Eggs
- 1 Fl. Lemon flavor
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 packet Dr. Oetker pudding powder with a creamy flavor for cooking
- 150 g Soft wheat semolina
- Separate the eggs, stir the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy
- Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt to form firm egg whites
- Add the quark to the egg sugar mixture, then mix in the lemon aroma, semolina, vanilla pudding powder and baking powder and stir everything well
- Finally, carefully stir in the egg whites
- Grease the springform pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs
- Fill in the quark mixture, smooth it out and bake at 160-170 degrees for 60 minutes
