Zucchini and Bacon Cake

- 500 gr Zucchini
- 1 Onion red
- 200 g Flour
- 5 Eggs
- 125 gr Kat ham finely diced
- 1 Clove of garlic
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg to taste
- 125 gr Sour cream 10% fat
- Coarsely grate the zucchini and place in a bowl.
- Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry them with the ham in a small pan.
- Add the sour cream to the grated zucchini. Fold in the sour cream and then add the eggs and whisk with the mixture.
