Zucchini and Bacon Cake

  • 500 gr Zucchini
  • 1 Onion red
  • 200 g Flour
  • 5 Eggs
  • 125 gr Kat ham finely diced
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg to taste
  • 125 gr Sour cream 10% fat
  1. Coarsely grate the zucchini and place in a bowl.
