Salmon Vegetable Pot
The perfect salmon vegetable pot recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Fresh salmon (salmon), dice
- 1 small Dice the onion fresh
- 1 Carrot, dice
- 1 small Zucchini, dice
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 300 ml Coconut milk
- Salt, pepper, turmeric, dill
- 1. Heat coconut oil, fry the diced onion + carrot for a short 5 minutes. Add the zucchini cubes. Steam for 5 minutes. Add salmon cubes. Let it steep for approx. 10 minutes with the lid closed. Season with a little salt, pepper, turmeric and dill. Pour in coconut milk, heat briefly, do not let boil. Finished !!! If you like, you can serve rice and a fresh green salad.
