Salmon Vegetable Pot

The perfect salmon vegetable pot recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Fresh salmon (salmon), dice
  • 1 small Dice the onion fresh
  • 1 Carrot, dice
  • 1 small Zucchini, dice
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 300 ml Coconut milk
  • Salt, pepper, turmeric, dill
  1. 1. Heat coconut oil, fry the diced onion + carrot for a short 5 minutes. Add the zucchini cubes. Steam for 5 minutes. Add salmon cubes. Let it steep for approx. 10 minutes with the lid closed. Season with a little salt, pepper, turmeric and dill. Pour in coconut milk, heat briefly, do not let boil. Finished !!! If you like, you can serve rice and a fresh green salad. I enjoy it without …
