- 2 Pollack fillet
- Sprinkle lemon, flour
- 7 Jacket potatoes, cooled and peeled
- 9 Stalk of onion from the garden
- 1 Chopped onion
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- Vinegar, sugar
- Neutral oil for frying
- Handful of lettuce
