Leek, Apple and Cheese Dip

The perfect leek, apple and cheese dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Cottage cheese
  • 75 g Cream cheese double cream setting
  • 50 g Fresh leek
  • 0,5 Apple Breaburn Organic
  • 1 small Red onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon Grapeseed oil
  • 1,5 teaspoon Calamansi balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Espelette pepper
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Mix the cottage cheese with the cream cheese
  2. Cut the leek into rings and the apple into cubes.
  3. Dice the onion very small
  4. Add all ingredients to the cheese with the vinegar and grapeseed oil.
  5. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  6. I had baguette with it. But it goes well with jacket potatoes.
