Leek, Apple and Cheese Dip
The perfect leek, apple and cheese dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Cottage cheese
- 75 g Cream cheese double cream setting
- 50 g Fresh leek
- 0,5 Apple Breaburn Organic
- 1 small Red onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon Grapeseed oil
- 1,5 teaspoon Calamansi balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Espelette pepper
- Salt and pepper
- Mix the cottage cheese with the cream cheese
- Cut the leek into rings and the apple into cubes.
- Dice the onion very small
- Add all ingredients to the cheese with the vinegar and grapeseed oil.
- Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- I had baguette with it. But it goes well with jacket potatoes.
