Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Cottage cheese
  • 75 g Double cream cheese
  • 50 g Fresh leek
  • 0,5 Apple Braeburn Organic
  • 1 small Red onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon Grapeseed oil
  • 1,5 teaspoon Calamansi balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Espelette pepper
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix the cottage cheese with the cream cheese
  • Cut the leek into rings and the apple into cubes.
  • Dice the onion very small
  • Add all ingredients to the cheese with the vinegar and grapeseed oil.
  • Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  • I had baguette with it. But it goes well with jacket potatoes.
