The perfect smoothie: freshness – mix recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,25 Melon fresh
  • 100 g Blackberries fresh
  • 100 g Fresh raspberries
  • 6 Apricot fresh
  • 2 piece Fresh bananas
  • 1 glass Non-Carbonated mineral water
  1. Put the fruit in the blender, add the mineral water and puree.
  1. Fill into vessels and garnish with 1/2 apricot and bromine or raspberry on top … now a big spoon and off you go 🙂
