The perfect smoothie: freshness – mix recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,25 Melon fresh
- 100 g Blackberries fresh
- 100 g Fresh raspberries
- 6 Apricot fresh
- 2 piece Fresh bananas
- 1 glass Non-Carbonated mineral water
- Put the fruit in the blender, add the mineral water and puree.
- Fill into vessels and garnish with 1/2 apricot and bromine or raspberry on top … now a big spoon and off you go 🙂
