Gnocchi Pan
The perfect gnocchi pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Gnocchi
- 125 g Ham cubes
- 2 Onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 Peppers
- 1 bunch Spring onions
- 1 a cup Fresh Arla cheese, buko tapas
- 15 Olives
- 4 Tomatoes
- 2 Chili peppers
- Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Hot paprika powder
- Dried oregano
- Dried thyme
- Prepare the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packet.
- Peel and dice the onions and garlic and sauté them in the oil with the diced ham, cut the spring onions into rings and dice the peppers and sauté them as well.
- Cut the chilli peppers very finely and add to the vegetables, dice the tomatoes and add them, season everything with salt, pepper, paprika powder, oregano and thyme and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the gnocchi and olives to the vegetables, stir in the cream cheese, allow to melt, stir and serve hot.
