Farmer’s Salad kuhlmenn
The perfect farmer’s salad kuhlmenn recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 piece Roman Salad Heart
- 0,5 g Organic cucumber small
- 75 g 5 St. Mini-Pflaumen- Rispentomaten
- 0,5 piece Yellow peppers
- 1 piece Onion red, small
- 4 piece Garlic cloves in herb marinade, drained – if you like
- 50 g 10 St. Oliven schwarz
- 100 g Sheep cheese Bulgarian
- 2 tbsp Herbal vinegar – tarragon, dill, chervil, cress
- 1 tsp French mustard medium hot with garlic and parsley
- 1 tsp Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 piece Fresh rolls “Toscana”
preparation
- Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into thin rings. Scrub the cucumber vigorously, pat dry, use the slim half, remove the flower base, quarter it, remove the core and cut the cucumber into bite-sized pieces. Use the remaining half for other purposes. Rinse the tomatoes, pat dry, remove the stalk and cut the tomatoes into slices. Remove the bell pepper core, rinse, pat dry, cut into strips and then into bite-sized pieces. Clean romaine lettuce (I only use the inner light heart), rinse, spin dry and cut into small pieces. Drain the olives and garlic cloves. Dice the sheep cheese.
preparation
- For the salad dressing, stir together vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and sugar. Stir in oil in portions. Carefully mix all ingredients with the salad sauce in a salad bowl.
Serving
- Arrange the salad decoratively with the rolls, bowls and any cutlery and enjoy.
