Farmer’s Salad À La Heiko
The perfect farmer’s salad à la heiko recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the salad
- 3 piece Romaine lettuce
- 1 Cucumber
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Yellow peppers
- 1 Red peppers
- 1 bunch Spring onion
- 200 g Feta
For the dressing
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 tbsp Vinegar
- 8 tbsp Water
- 2 piece Sweetener soluble in cold water
- Salt, pepper from the mill
- Parsely
- Oregano
- Rosemary
- Coriander
- Roughly chop the salad and wash it. Quarter the tomatoes, dice the cucumber and cut the cleaned peppers into strips. Wash the spring onions and cut into rings.
- Cut the feta into cubes. Mix a dressing out of the oil, vinegar and water. Add the sweetener and let it dissolve. Now add the spices and season to taste.
- Now mix the salad with the dressing and pour the feta over the salad.
- Now arrange the salad on a plate and serve. We had chicken breast and baguette with it. Good Appetite.
