Roulade Mince
The perfect roulade mince recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Minced meat
- 150 g Diced bacon
- 6 Pickled cucumber
- 2 Onions
- 2 packet Fix for rolls or leftover sauce
- 4 tbsp Mustard
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- Fry the mince until crumbly, add onions, diced bacon, fry briefly, stir in mustard. Pour 750 ml of water and stir in the fix bags. After about 5-10 minutes add the sour cucumber. Keep stirring.
- Let everything simmer for a while (the long braising makes it taste better and better; I let it simmer for about 45 minutes to 1 hour).
- Stir in the sour cream
- Dumplings or bread dumplings, noodles taste fantastic, but of course. also potatoes.

- If you don’t want to use a fixed product here, it will be difficult with the sauce. The only alternative I can think of is to take the leftover sauce from a roast or even roulade!
