Roulade Mince

The perfect roulade mince recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 150 g Diced bacon
  • 6 Pickled cucumber
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 packet Fix for rolls or leftover sauce
  • 4 tbsp Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream
  1. Fry the mince until crumbly, add onions, diced bacon, fry briefly, stir in mustard. Pour 750 ml of water and stir in the fix bags. After about 5-10 minutes add the sour cucumber. Keep stirring.
  1. Let everything simmer for a while (the long braising makes it taste better and better; I let it simmer for about 45 minutes to 1 hour).
