Pigs – Kidneys with Onion and Ham

The perfect pigs – kidneys with onion and ham recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Pigs – kidneys
  • 125 g Ham cubes
  • 2 piece Fresh onions
  • 3 Dried tomatoes in oil
  • 3 Oil
  • Pepper from the grinder
  1. Cut the peeled onions into half rings.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
  3. Fry the onions, tomatoes and diced ham in a little oil over medium heat until the onions are translucent.
  4. Then, as always, add the kidneys, which have been perfectly prepared by my favorite butcher, in the pan.
  5. Fry while stirring and season strongly with pepper.
