Flambéed Pigs – Kidneys
The perfect flambéed pigs – kidneys recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Pig kidneys
- 1 Red onion
- 2 tbsp Brandy
- 1 Orange
- Oil
- Pepper from the grinder
- Salt
- The kidneys are, as always, from the butcher I trust, who heroically prepares them perfectly ready to cook.
- Cut the onion, squeeze the orange.
- Fry the kidneys and onions in a little oil.
- Chantre to light it up.
- Deglaze with orange juice.
- Season to taste with pepper and salt.
