Pigs – Kidneys with Onions and Cumin

The perfect pigs – kidneys with onions and cumin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Pig kidneys
  • 2 Red onions
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Seasoned Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  1. Crush the cumin in a mortar.
  2. Cut the onions into half rings.
  3. The kidneys, perfectly prepared by my favorite butcher, are rinsed off with water.
  4. First fry the onions in a little oil, sprinkle with cumin and continue frying.
  5. Add the kidneys and fry while stirring.
  6. Season to taste with herb salt and pepper.
