Pigs – Kidneys with Onions and Cumin
The perfect pigs – kidneys with onions and cumin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Pig kidneys
- 2 Red onions
- 1 tbsp Cumin
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Seasoned Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Crush the cumin in a mortar.
- Cut the onions into half rings.
- The kidneys, perfectly prepared by my favorite butcher, are rinsed off with water.
- First fry the onions in a little oil, sprinkle with cumin and continue frying.
- Add the kidneys and fry while stirring.
- Season to taste with herb salt and pepper.
