Dip: Sour Cream
The perfect dip: sour cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Quark
- 150 g Crème légère or sour cream
- 0,5 packet Tk-8 herbs
- 1 Pc. Garlic clove, pressed through
- 0,5 Pc. Onion, finely grated
- 1 shot Sparkling water
- 2 tbsp Vinegar, e.g. Bianco balsamic vinegar
- 0,5 tbsp Sugar
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- Pepper
- Mix all ingredients together well. Goes well with grilled food, with all potato dishes or simply as a dip.
