Dip: Sour Cream

The perfect dip: sour cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Quark
  • 150 g Crème légère or sour cream
  • 0,5 packet Tk-8 herbs
  • 1 Pc. Garlic clove, pressed through
  • 0,5 Pc. Onion, finely grated
  • 1 shot Sparkling water
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar, e.g. Bianco balsamic vinegar
  • 0,5 tbsp Sugar
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Mix all ingredients together well. Goes well with grilled food, with all potato dishes or simply as a dip.
