Tomato Waffles with Sour Cream Dip
The perfect tomato waffles with sour cream dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Tomato waffles
- 125 g Margarine
- 200 g Flour
- 4 Eggs
- 170 ml Milk
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 50 g Parmesan
- 50 g Tomatoes, dried in oil, diced
- White milled pepper
- Freshly grated nutmeg
Sour cream dip
- 200 g Sour cream
- 100 g Natural yoghurt
- 2 Chilli pickles, diced
- 0,5 Roasted peppers, diced
- 2 tbsp Cucumber water
- Salt
- White milled pepper
- 1 packet Knorr Salatkräuter – kitchen herbs
Tomato waffles
- Using the hand mixer, beat the margarine until frothy, gradually add the eggs, Parmesan, sift in flour, add milk and carefully stir in at the lowest level. Season with pepper and nutmeg and fold in the diced tomatoes
- Heat the waffle iron, grease with bacon and put 2 1/2 tablespoons of batter in the middle. Bake waffles.
Sour cream dip
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir
- Arrange with the waffles on plates and serve.
