Strawberry Yogurt Quark Cake
The perfect strawberry yogurt quark cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 100 g Powdered sugar
- 50 g Sifted flour
- 50 g Food starch
- 2 tbsp Mineral water
- 3 piece Eggs
- 1 tsp Baking powder

- 500 g Low fat yogurt
- 100 g Lowfat quark
- 90 g Sugar
- 10 sheet Gelatin red
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 500 g Fresh strawberries
- Cream

- Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites until stiff, and let the powdered sugar trickle in. Gradually fold in the egg yolks. Also fold in the flour mixture of flour, cornstarch, baking powder and mineral water.
- Fill the whole thing into a springform pan lined with baking paper and bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees C.
- Let the cake cool down and put a cake ring around it.
For the cream
- Soak gelatine sheets. Mix well the warm yogurt with quark and sugar or sweetener.
- Dissolve the squeezed gelatin in the lemon juice and stir into the mixture.
- The strawberries are now cut into small pieces and placed on the ground and covered with the yoghurt mixture!
- And decorate as you wish.
